Invictus Critical Solutions Australia Pty Ltd

Modern Slavery Statement

This Statement is made by Invictus Critical Solutions Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 54 680 487 585) under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) (Act) for the financial year ending 30 June 2025 (FY2024/25).

This is Invictus Critical Solutions Australia (CSA) first Statement under the Act. The Statement details the steps Invictus CSA is proposing to take in the assessment of modern slavery and human trafficking risks within its business and supply chains to identify and mitigate those risks. Invictus CSA is committed to combatting modern slavery and human trafficking in its supply chain, and to continuously improve strategies to identify and mitigate modern slavery and ethical sourcing risks.

1. Intent

Invictus CSA believes that respecting and protecting human rights enables individuals, societies and businesses to flourish. We are committed to promoting responsible business and upholding high ethical standards in all aspects of our working practices.

As part of that commitment, we do not tolerate modern slavery and human trafficking within our business or our supply chains, wherever they operate.

2. Supply Chain

Our supply chain predominantly consists of goods and services acquired to assist our people to deliver engineering consultancy services, product development and turn key projects. Our largest suppliers are professional service subject matter experts who are engaged on our behalf to assist with the progression of our clients’ engineering matters.
In addition, our supply chain includes the physical premises we occupy, facilities we use (photocopiers, office supplies, etc), maintenance contracts, software licences , accountants and IT infrastructure.

3. Our Position

Invictus CSA is committed to safe workplaces and to limiting the risk of modern slavery within its own business and supply chains.
We adopted an Ethical Sourcing and Modern Slavery Policy on 15 September 2024. The policy is designed to ensure that the company sources products and services in
accordance with its legal obligations and in line with community expectations and its own values, while working with suppliers to prevent, mitigate and where appropriate, remedy modern slavery practices in their operations and supply chains.

 4. Risks whitin our supply chain and operations

As a professional services business whose workforce is employed solely in Australia, there is negligible risk of modern slavery within our direct business operations.
Further, as our supply chain consists largely of the supply of goods and services which support the delivery of professional services, we consider there is minimal risk to our business of being directly linked to modern slavery practices through our supplier contractual relationships.
Nonetheless, we have developed risk management processes and undertaken an initial risk assessment to identify those aspects of our supply chain that might be more vulnerable to modern slavery risk thereby indirectly exposing Invictus CSA to modern slavery practices.

5. Proposed actions for FY2024/25

 During the FY2024/25 Invictus CSA will:

    5.1 Due diligence process

  Improve our understanding of the modern slavery risks in our supply chain for the FY2024/25;

  Develop a process to identify risk in our supply chain;

    5.2 Analysis of Supply Chain

  Analyse our supply chain when engagin with suppliers; and

    5.3 Employee trainign

 Develop employee training and bring awareness.

Invictus CSA is pleased to publish this FY2024/25 Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement and commits to continuing to track our progress in combatting all forms of modern slavery in our supply chain.
